Warehouse Assistant
Location: Kempas Baru
Responsibilities:
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Possess a basic understanding of Warehouse Domain System and familiarity with warehouse processes.
- Recognize the significance of warehouse document flow and adhere to relevant requirements.
- Verify documents against requirements before inputting data into the system.
- Exercise caution when entering data into the Domain System.
- Promptly report any document or process errors to superiors.
- Generate Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and Delivery Note (DN) in the system based on document evidence.
- Maintain daily activity updates in the system for transit goods and organize document filing accordingly.
- Generate reports as needed and submit them to superiors in a timely manner.
- Support month-end physical stock counts, reconcile system balances, and submit inventory reports to superiors and/or customers.
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
