Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of our Tik Tok shop.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns to increase product visibility.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, sales).
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business strategy.
- Monitor inventory and update product listings as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with Tik Tok trends and best practices to optimize shop performance.
Bonus Qualifications (if any):
- Experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Tik Tok.
- Knowledge of Tik Tok’s algorithm, trends, and best practices.
- Creative and able to produce content that resonates with the Tik Tok audience.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service.
- Experience with basic video editing (Canva, In Shot, or other similar tools) is a plus.
