Technician (Mechanical)
Job Requirements:
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Minimum qualification of a Polytechnic diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Mould Making.
- If SPM holder, must have extensive experience in manufacturing.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in maintenance, moulding, and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment related to the trade.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and moulds.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to moulding and automation.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inspections.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new moulding machines and automation systems.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed.
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
