Salary Package: RM 2500 to RM5000.
Job Location: Malaysia, Melaka, Batu Berendam.
Job Types: Permanent, Full time onsite, 5 days work week.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the semiconductor contract manufacturing industry and will be able to effectively manage the sourcing and procurement of raw materials and components for our projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage assigned commodities, including consumables, MRO items, spare parts, and project-related procurement.
- Issue Purchase Orders and diligently follow up on deliveries, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders while maintaining confidentiality.
- Source new suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the supplier relationship management process.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to expedite tasks and achieve timely completion, respecting confidentiality requirements.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Work with other departments to ensure that the sourcing and procurement meets the needs of the business.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and risks before they arise and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and industry best practices.
- Experience with sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
