· To implement company & department procedure, Work Instruction, Rules & Regulations, maintain all related record & up keeping good housekeeping · Assist Department HOD to work together with team to achieve department objective · Maintain good housekeeping in department · Maintain FIFO & labelling for all material & chemical · Issue inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments & maintain issuance record · Ensure materials are distributed to respective departments to ensure timely production. · Work closely with Logistics Department to coordinate any goods loading & unloading. · Carry out material check for all incoming goods received and report any material defects. · For any material defects, prepare Sample Trial Result Report and submit to Purchasing Departments for claims. · Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items. · Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements. · Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data. · Keeps equipment’s such as forklift, PDA, crane, etc. operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; arrange with purchasing for repairs if necessary. · Confer and coordinate activities with other departments · Assist do wooden crate and packing if required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month Benefits:
