Social Media Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibility
  • Lead and manage the nightclub's social media marketing efforts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
  • Develop and execute long-term promotional strategies for the brand, creating actionable plans.
  • Monitor and capitalize on current trends, especially in electronic music and contemporary culture, to enhance brand promotion.
  • Understand and utilize local media channels for effective promotion, aware of market rates and successful execution strategies.
  • Engage with the audience by staying updated with hot topics and information related to artists, integrating these into promotional efforts.
  • Demonstrate a passion for nightlife and a strong understanding of the target audience's preferences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in social media marketing and leadership in relevant roles.
  • Proficiency in managing and utilizing social media platforms and tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local market media promotion channels and pricing.
  • Ability to develop long-term promotional plans for the brand with effective execution.
  • Passion for electronic music or trend culture, with the skill to utilize real-time hotspots for promotion.
  • Strong insight into nightlife and the preferences of the target audience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
