Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections before construction and as needed to gather details and assess conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and labor for reporting and analysis.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Act as the primary manager for the installation team, providing guidance and support.
- Transport installers to the site and effectively allocate workforce resources using company vehicle.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, representing the company professionally.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Qualitifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in reading technical documents and conducting measurements.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
