Site/ Project Coordinator
Job Descriptions:
o Co-ordinate between the operations team, customer service and controller
o Co-ordinate between Company and customers
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Benefits:
- Arrange and co-ordinate work arrangements on site, including but not limited to
o Co-ordinate between the operations team, customer service and controller
o Co-ordinate between Company and customers
- Maintain close communication with controller on job arrangements and daily/weekly status.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope and complete on or ahead of schedule while delivering service high quality and high safety standard
- Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, and escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
- Act as a between company teams, clients and external resources
- Achieve organizational goals while upholding excellent service standards and best practices
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations
- Work with safety department to improve safety procedures for the Company.
- Any other tasks assigned by Management.
- Mandarin speaker preferred
- Relevant experience in the field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
