Job Qualification :
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
- Proven 5 years experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving targets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description :
-Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies
-Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
-Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
-Monitor corporate branding applications across the projects’ marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently
-Purchase order to planner to update delivery date and planning machine
-Provide information required from by email or phone call.
-Follow up RFQ and Feedback customer.
-Update RFQ database information and filing RFQ to file.
-Delivery report to customer.
- Educate customer with product knowledge and company capability.
-Customer Communication and study the market needs and company (YCL), observe potential customer, what current or future customer product needs, what is on offer or provide by a rival or competitor company and follow up, what new in the market (product), Find out who is our competitor, Who is their customer
-To prepare monthly sales report (email) for management meeting
-To assist on company administration such as grant application, meeting flows and other corporate administration activities
-To manage on company monthly sales target
-To assist the finance department on the monthly inventory listing
To maintain a good relationship with corporate customer
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
