Sales Admin Executive

Responsibilities
  • Arrange for the shipment of the local and international orders;
  • Issue the invoice, doing the packing and prepare the AWB for delivery;
  • Check and estimate the duty, tax and delivery cost for international orders;
  • Check with the local regulation for the requirement of import;
  • Daily update the master list of the month which cover sales, delivery, payment transaction, duty and tax and commission;
  • Check and tally the stock or inventory, prepare the delivery, payment and commission by monthly basic;
  • Submit the monthly payment needed to HR/Finance Department;
  • Submit the necessary data by daily, weekly and monthly basic;
  • To attend and support any sales and marketing activities whenever needed.
Requirements
  • Experienced in doing delivery and admin works;
  • Well versed in preparing the reports by using the PPT and Excel;
  • Independent to solve the input (Product and Payment) and Output (Sales, processing costs, delivery costs, duty and tax, commission)
  • Open for Malaysia Citizens
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
