Responsibilities:
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- To establish, update, compile, and enforce all the risk assessment documents (HIRARC) for all worksites in Malaysia
- To establish, update, and compile all the safe operating procedures (SOP) for all worksites
- To lead, review, advise, and compile any incident investigation activity with the relevant department for all the worksites
- To update, and compile the summary of incidents that happened for all the worksites
- To review, advise, approve, and compile all the applications for permits to work (PTW) for all the worksites
- To initiate a new application and renewal of the building's fire certificate (FC) with the local authority (BOMBA)
- To establish learning materials for briefing or training and present them to all worksites
- To lead, review, advise, and compile a workplace inspection activity with the relevant department for the all worksites
- To conduct the induction to new employees, visitors, contractors, etc. for all the worksites.
- To request a quotation for SHE-related items and issuance of a Purchase request (PR) and Purchase order (PO) to the service provider
- To prepare the necessary information/documents/action items for the audits and participate in the session for SHE-related matters
- To initiate a new application and renewal of the building's fire fighting system (SPKA) with the service provider (ISCADA)
- To initiate a new application and update the system of My KKP and other relevant system
- To maintain good documentation for all the records.
- Minimum a tertiary education preferably in OSH/Environment or any relevant courses
- Certified OSH Coordinator and SW Handler will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1-3 year experience in similar capacity.
- Good communication skills both written and oral (English & Malay)
- Good MS Office Suite skills
- Experience in logistics specialized in Depot is an advantage.
- Ability to work with all levels of people to achieve cultural change.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Raja Uda, Penang.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
