Safety, Health & Environment Executive
1) To support the adherence to all company principle, policies and requirements related to SHE.
2) Support in compliance of SHE-related legal requirement plus giving help to develop and sustain a local network (including authorities, other factories, e t c .
3) Support NCE and TPM SHE-Pillar programs in the goal of 0 injuries and incidents.
4) Support activities to achieve compliance with NSMS/NEMS requirement and other applicable instructions and standards.
5) Coach and motivate the team in the achievement of SHE objectives.
6) Contribute to the development of competence of SHE champions and promote SHE awareness and commitment to SHE across the plant.
7) Support unit readiness for internal and external audits.
8) Perform trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non -conformities.
9) Follow the instruction assign to you from superior time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
