Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or higher in hospitality management, business, or related fields preferred;
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing a restaurant or in a similar role;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control;
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
