Renal Nurse

Job Description
· Carry out the start-up procedure (open the premises and ensure the premises are clean and orderly before the treatment operation begins)
· Ensure that the reverse osmosis water system is working and make related tests and record it in the daily log chart
· Supervise and assist staff during cannulation before starting treatment.
· Take a blood sample for a blood test.
· Give eprex/recormon/venofer injection to the patient concerned
· Ensure the patient is stable before being allowed to go home
· Refer patients with problems to doctors.
· Lock all the doors and make sure the unit is safe before the staff go home and prepare the equipment for the next treatment shift
· Carry out tasks as instructed by the person in charge (Medical Officer\ Nephrologist\ Hemodialysis Manager\ Head of Dialysis Unit) from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Raub: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience:
  • dialysis: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
  • Sijil Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (Required)
  • Post Basic Renal certificate (Required)
Location:
  • Raub (Required)
Willingness to travel:
  • 75% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
