Job Description: Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Capable in utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, and university career fairs to source potential intern candidates.
- Review and assess incoming resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for the internship positions.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with departmental managers to understand their internship needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Keep accurate and updated records of all candidates in the Workday system as required by Responsible Business Alliances practices that Micron is abiding by.
- Plan and execute recruitment events and activities to attract top talent to meet the internship hiring and overall university hiring need.
- Innovatively providing constructive feedback the team and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new interns.
- Partner with university program manager and recruiter to execute a university/college hiring program and relevant engagement activities.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Advantage if have a minimum of 1 year recruiting experience.
- Passionate in university hiring activities and managing recruiting processes.
- Able to accept and work in fast-paced environment and meet timeline.
- Outspoken and always challenge logical status quo for improvement.
- Able to travel most of the time, including weekend.
- Capable of working under minimum supervision with positive outcome and result.
