Understand the KPIs for the role and document your key metrics and Strongly adhere to the Talent Acquisition Process
Develop strong relationships with Business Leaders/Hiring Managers and partner with your recruiting coordinator to conduct efficient interviews and deliver world-class hiring experiences.
Data-driven approach to problem-solving and keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Human Resources or other equivalent.
5+ years' experience in a corporate recruiting role at a global company, with expert-level skills in identifying and hiring technical talent.
Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter.
Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and HCM Tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members, clearly articulating job requirements, company culture, and expectations.
