JOB PURPOSE: As an IT Talents Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to support our company's growth and innovation. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies, building strong relationships with candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with successful candidates.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and culture to attract top IT talent.
Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their specific requirements and ensure a successful recruitment process.
Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT talent acquisition or a similar role.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
