We are recruiting for Recruitment Consultant!

Over the last 30 years, we have become one of the fastest growing search firm in the region, consisting of more than 1,500 consultants today across Hong Kong, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle full cycle of recruitment for all functions from sourcing, screening resume, interviewing candidates to salary offer negotiation
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hiring managers in order to enable delivery of their recruitment needs
  • Understand the organization’s business models, operations, financial goals, competitive position and talent strategy of clients
  • Advise management team on appropriate recruitment methods and salary ranges
  • Extensive experience in client servicing and key account management
  • Strong in business development, networking, and relationship building
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Highly-driven individuals who have a desire for career advancement.
  • A team player who enjoys meeting people, sales driven, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Individuals who can network and build relationships based on trust and credibility with senior candidates and regional leaders
  • Prior working experience as in Headhunting / Talent Acquisition / Sales related roles are highly preferred.
  • Open for Fresh Graduates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
