Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments through phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain patient records and manage the centre’s database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing relevant information about services and bookings.
• Process patient payments, including handling cash, card transactions, and issuing receipts.
• Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure the smooth flow of patient care and appointment schedules.
• Assist with basic administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Assist with patient intake forms and initial assessments as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
