Quality Manager / Quality Supervisor (Sheet Metal) (BATU KAWAN/RM3800-RM5000)
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.30 per month
Schedule:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality control best practices.
- Achieve quality operational objectives by monitoring daily activities and identifying issues.
- Provide regular feedback to the operations manager regarding performance; implement changes when issues arise.
- Assist in inspecting returned samples, conduct root cause and failure analysis, and take corrective action.
- Check Certificates of Conformity (Co C), manage incoming/outgoing reports.
- Verify abnormalities with quality and production, making acceptance or rejection decisions based on customer criteria.
- Maintain inspection records, quality-related documents, and specifications.
- Ensure efficient control, distribution, and updating of documentation as per ISO standards.
- Collaborate with production and sales departments on quality issues and customer feedback.
- Manage quality issues within the manufacturing team, including internal, supplier, and customer-related concerns.
- Evaluate problems, recommend corrective/preventive actions, and support continual improvement.
- Work with operations managers to create and implement controls and product improvements.
- Handle other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Languages required: Mandarin, English, Malay.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
- Preference for candidates with prior quality experience.
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.30 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Do you have experience in implementing quality assurance strategies and procedures in a manufacturing environment?
- Quality supervisor/ manager: 2 years (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Required)
