: QC Manager (pharmaceutical manufacturers)
Location : Tampoi, Johor Bahru
Salary range : RM 7,000 – RM 15,000 (based on experience) Basic+ Allowance
Working Hour : Monday to Friday
: 8.00am to 6pm
Job Scope:
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Job Scope:
- Laboratory management
- Ensure QC records, standard operating procedure (SOPs) and analytical methods are up-to-date.
- Supervision and training of QC personnel.
- Maintain QC retention sample.
- In Process Quality Control (IPQC), finished Product Quality Control (FPQC) & raw material quality (RMQC) and packaging Material Quality Control.
- Maintaining and improving departmental operational performance by ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with GLP, GMP, GDP, company SOPs and health and safety.
- Investigation of Product Complaint/Product Recall.
- Ensure BMR records are up-to-date, complete, and accurate.
- Monitor microbial testing program.
- Verify and approve test result.
- Analytical method development and validation.
- To develop, monitor and carry out stability program (real-time, accelerate and intermediate stability studies)
- Optimization of usage of laboratory equipment.
- Support in approval of vendor/raw material suppliers.
- Apart from providing and monitoring documentation support for product registration, keeping accurate documentation relating to all aspects of QC Lab and performing statistical analysis.
- Support in carrying out the bioequivalence/bioavailability program.
- Participation in self-inspection and audit.
- Devising, improving, and reviewing specifications and test methods for products or/and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree/master’s in chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- At least 5-10 years in pharmaceutical Manufacturing QC/QA roles with proven managerial or supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with FDA, EMA, ICH, and GMP standards.
- Experience with QC Techniques and analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, UV-Vis, etc.)
- Understanding of validation and qualification processes.
- Specialized GMP or regulatory training.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
