QA Technician
JOB DESCRIPTIONAS:
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
Benefits:
- Manage the Gauge Room on the control and distribution.
- Responsible for conducting gauge calibration.
- Ensure that all gauges in use are calibrated and re-calibrated on-time.
- Familiar using micrometer, caliper, etc.
- Calibration report generation/filing including external and internal calibration.
- Check for the availability of gauges for new part number.
- To perform maintenance on gauges and machines.
- Record the gauges issuance to required personnel as well as gauges returning to gauge room.
- To assist in the performing the duties of a QA Inspector as required.
- To prepare daily documentation as required for inspection and testing (if applicable).
- To perform housekeeping duty as required.
- Better understanding on ISO 14001 requirements. Better understanding in identifying hazardous waste and make proper disposal arrangement to the scheduled watse storage.
- To perform other duties assigned by superior.
- SPM / Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field and some exposure in metal forming process.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
