PT Sales Associate (Brooks Brothers Retail Malaysia - Johor Premium Outlets)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pay: RM13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- A brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
- Provide exemplary quality of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
- Answer customer enquiries and provide professional feedback according to the brand’s standards
- Maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windows
- Assist in daily store operations
- Location at Johor Premium Outlets
- Possess at least SPM, Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
- Prior exposure in premium fashion brands/ menswear brands is preferred
- Possess good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Possess good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred
Pay: RM13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs
