- Gather user requirements from customers, support and project teams and assess requirements.
- Document design specifications for discussion with the Delivery Manager.
- Communicate approved design to implementation team members.
- Provide guidance and clarification, where required, to development and project delivery teams throughout development and implementation cycles/stages.
- Provide feedback and recommendation on product roadmap items.
- Collaborate with Project Team to ensure delivery team’s adherence to quality procedures as well as supervising, directing and motivating team.
- Provide input for documentation and involvement in documentation review
- Conduct code reviews and policing code quality
- Assist in the development and evolution of Product infrastructure and processes
- Ensure delivery of all tasks within budgeted timeframes and costs.
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
