Program Manager
- Lead all project phases to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to management processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers and internal departments (sales, engineering, quality, shipping) for seamless project communication.
- Monitor and report on project status, customer needs, and improvements in cost-effectiveness, safety, and production.
- Conduct and support cost analysis and provide product quotations, aiming for efficient budget management.
- Drive key business metrics (e.g., revenue growth, cost management) and customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., pricing, quality).
- Address client needs, prioritize factory operations, and resolve any scheduling or order issues.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, complying with both company and customer standards.
- Occasional travel to meet with clients or attend company project sites.
Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
