Production Supervisor (Masai & Ulu Tiram)
Job Description:
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
- Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.
- Train and mentor employees
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, monitoring progress, resolving problems and reporting results of the processing flow
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the ue of all control points, equipment, resources and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending action
- Ensures daily target and production efficiency and quality are met
- Min 2 years related work experience in electronic sector/manufacturing industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, can work in team & can lead a team
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
