PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
· To implement company & department procedure, Work Instruction, Rules & Regulations, maintain all related record & upkeeping good housekeeping
· Assist Department HOD to work together with team to achieve department Objective
· Daily check the attendance of the foreign workers
· Ensure the materials are ready the day before running operations
· To complete production plan by scheduling and mobilize employees if needed; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
· Provide direction and follow the production schedules to the production department
· Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
· To ensure production quality to meet customer requirement
· Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency
· Oversee the entire operations of the facility with an aim of high performance
· Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correct
· Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
· To arrange new worker for training and ensure the training program are in place
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment
· Shares ideas/recommendations for continuous improvements with Managers
· Perform other related duties as assigned
. Preferred can speak in MANDARIN
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
