PRODUCTION OFFICER
Requirements:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Benefits:
- Candidate must possess a diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Halal Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Willing to work independently with effective problem solving skills and management skills
- To carry out and comply with regulations, company's SOPs and ISO 22000
- Planning, directing and coordinating the production activities
- Ensuring efficient use of resources of manpower and materials
- To ensure manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently
- Creating and managing overall team schedules
- Ensure all process and work flow are followed or implemented as per management decision
- Check production output according to specification and update report to superior
- Evaluating workers performance and providing feedbacks to superior
- Responsible to handle, solve and rectify issues and dispute arises
- To ensure safe environment for all workers
- Prepare management report as and when needed
- To supervise student on relevant internship. Verify report prepared by student
- To verify / approved leaves, overtime, and claims for workers
- To adhere and perform task as instructed by superior
Job Type: Full-time
