Patient Concierge
Job Description:-
· Welcoming guests: Greet and guide all the customers that walk in and out of the hospital.
· Arrange for valet parking and assist in sending patients/families to other facilities. E.g.: Clinic
· Assist patients/families/visitors with daily needs and optimize patient comfort.
· Assist as a backup company driver when needed, including assisting in driving Home Nursing's car.
· Ensure the waiting areas are well arranged and tidy.
· Assist in covering other facilities when required.
· Carry out other ad hoc tasks as instructed by the management. E.g.: Assist the marketing team during events and activities.
Requirements:
· Minimum qualification: SPM
· Experience in Customer Service / Front Desk or equivalent. (experience in the hospitality environment will be an added advantage)
· Good communication skills, speak to customers clearly and politely.
· Attentive, focused, and confident in responding to face-to-face inquiries.
· Male preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
