Expected hours: No less than 150 per week
Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cost estimation, tendering, and procurement activities for various aspects of construction projects.
- Prepare and analyze project cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide cost-effective solutions to enhance project profitability.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful integration of systems into the overall project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with specific experience in the semiconductor field preferred.
- Proven experience with specific experience in CSA or MEP projects.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in construction cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is a plus.
