Overseas Logistics and Purchasing Specialist / 5 Working days
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate international shipments, ensure compliance with customs and trade laws, manage documentation, liaise with logistics partners, and track shipments.
Source products, negotiate contracts with suppliers, manage supplier relationships, maintain vendor performance records, and collaborate with internal departments to meet purchasing and production needs.
Ensure adherence to trade regulations, mitigate risks (currency, shipping, supplier), and stay updated on international trade policies.
Analyze and reduce shipping/purchasing costs, optimize the supply chain, and monitor market trends for informed decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations aligned with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export logistics, procurement, or international trade.
Good knowledge of overseas purchasing, international shipping regulations, customs, and trade compliance.
Proficient with Chinese language, both spoken and written.
