Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and highly skilled Intensive Care Nurses to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will provide expert care to critically ill patients, managing complex health conditions and using advanced medical equipment. This role demands strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life-support systems.
• Perform regular assessments and observations, recognizing changes in patients' conditions and responding swiftly to emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize advanced monitoring and diagnostic equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and dialysis machines.
• Ensure all medical interventions and treatments are in line with established protocols and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all treatments, medications, and changes in condition.
• Educate and support patients' families, providing them with information on the patient's condition and the care process.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment to reduce the risk of infection.
• Participate in resuscitation and life-saving procedures when required.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the ICU.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Malaysian Nursing Board registration.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or critical care setting.
• Possessing Critical Care Post Basic Certification is a plus point.
• Proficient in managing critical conditions such as sepsis, multi-organ failure, and respiratory distress.
• Strong understanding of critical care equipment, including ventilators, central lines, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-stress situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
