**Job Description: Solar Technician**
**Position:** Solar Technician
**Location:** Selarong Kulim
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Installation & Maintenance**:
- Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of solar panels and related electrical equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure solar systems operate optimally.
2. **Technical Support**:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot solar system issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing, keeping systems compliant with safety standards.
3. **Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation of site visits, inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
4. **Customer Interaction**:
- Interact with customers as necessary to explain maintenance procedures or educate on system usage.
- Report service outcomes to customers, highlighting any issues or recommendations.
**Qualifications:**
- **Competency**: Prefer candidates with certification in **PW4, A0, or A1** Or
- **Education**: Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
**Additional Requirements**:
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to work outdoors and on rooftops, handle tools, and lift heavy equipment when necessary.
- **License**: A valid driver’s license is preferred for site visits.
