In this role, you will:

• Ensure import/Export compliance
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics
• Manage relationships with carriers, forwarders, and government related departments.
• Manage business standards, grants and any new processes that may arise.
• Applied and follow-up on government grants end to end.
• Ensure freight, duties, and taxes are paid in a timely manner.
• Maintain proficiency on trade compliance regulations and changes in the shipping world.
• Resolve issues with carriers/customs agents to reduce delays and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and document global transportation and compliance processes and policies.
• Manage delivery status updates with customers.
• Cultivate the delicate balance of compliance, cost, and speed for our shipments.

Minimum requirements for the role:

• 1-2 years of domestic/international transportation operations and Import/Export experience.
• Strategic program and project management experience required.
• Experience managing cross-border shipments.
• Detailed oriented with the ability to manage data in multiple databases.
• Experience with working overseas.
• Demonstrated experience in simplifying complex information to team members and customers.
• Start-Up experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Office & Excel experience required.
• Maintains composure in high-pressure situations, and is able to execute plans solo with strong judgment and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meet a deadline.
• Good time management and organizational skill.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
