Librarian

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to meet operational needs.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee records, attendance, and other administrative databases.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address facility-related issues promptly.
  • Oversee repairs, renovations, and office improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles in schools.
  • Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
