Korean F&B - Supervisor (韩国料理主管)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor (Chinese speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the F&B Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Support in leading, training, and supervising staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, placing orders, and maintaining stock of supplies.
- Monitor and control costs to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
- Assist in preparing and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and implementing cost control measures.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager and marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.
- Assists on develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Experience in a Korean restaurant.
- Familiarity with Korean culinary traditions and ingredients will be added an advantage.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
