Kitchen helper (Commis I)
Job Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Asst Head Chef prepare, cook and serve food. Assist Head Chef and direct Nilai International School’s nutritional team to produce fresh imaginative food in a seven-day-per-week operation. To be responsible for proper efficiency and profitable function of the kitchen. To supervise the work of cooks, remaining fair and impartial at all times. To adhere to strict portion control and costing while ensuring food is produced to the highest specification and presentation. To maintain clean and hygienic standards throughout the department, observing all current health and hygiene legislation.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree OR at least obtained a professional and relevant certification related to F&B and Culinary Skills;
- Min 2 years of work experience in F&B environment;
- Familiar with Malaysian/Western/European cuisines;Familiar with food menu for young children;
- Able to comprehend and communicate in basic English;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime pay
- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Required)
- Kitchen experience: 2 years (Required)
