Job Description
- To be based at customer premises
- Monitor the Data Centre devices in daily basis, maintain an optimally controlled environment for network and servers.
- Monitor the temperature of Data Centre and HVAC Equipment.
- Create, maintain, and update documentation procedures for supported applications.
- Initiative to take up new job / task / instructions from technical engineer for customer service improvements.
- Respond to customers network/systems incidents during working and after working hours.
- Perform scheduled night job activities when necessary.
- Provides customer support through installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of equipment and systems.
- Responsible for creation and tracking of trouble tickets and service request tickets and resolution of escalated support incidents.
- Communicate with customers while investigating or providing problem resolution.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or IT Certifications
- Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): English, Malay
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in shift.
- Possess driving license and a transport.
- Good working and learning attitude
