Inventory Manager
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years experience in Inventory field,
- Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems and data analytics tools,; knowledge of SQL and Panda is an added advantage,
- Possess managerial experience in supervising and or in other retail operations,
- Strong ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions,
- Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Chinese speaker is highly recommended.
Job Description
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Coordinate with stores and distribution centers to ensure timely restocking and optimal inventory levels.
- Implement best practices to reduce product obsolescence and spoilage and keep accurate stock records.
- Use analytics tools to track inventory performance and provide regular insights to senior management.
- Perform inventory audits, yearly stock check, implement loss prevention strategies, and work with security to minimize shrinkage.
- Adhere to local regulations, like customs and safety standards, and maintain accurate records for audits.
- Oversee and train inventory staff, ensuring they follow procedures and best practices.
- Implement and manage inventory management software and systems to track inventory levels, orders, and deliveries in real-time.
- Leverage data analytics to improve inventory accuracy and decision-making.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
