Key Responsibilities:

1. Proficiently use SAP, WMS, Excel, and Power Point.
2. Plan and schedule monthly inventory counts; participate in variance analysis and account adjustments.
3. Record data into finished goods receipt, dispatch, and storage ledgers daily based on incoming and outgoing documents.
4. Enter data into daily account warning reports and issue warning reports as needed.
5. Update inventory reports daily.
6. Conduct periodic inventory counts daily; analyze discrepancies, provide accurate results, and update account warning information promptly.
7. Manage inventory, maintain daily receipt, dispatch, and return ledgers, and handle and analyze discrepancies.
8. Print and issue accounts based on daily dispatch quantities from WMS or SAP.
9. Record incoming goods from suppliers and address any issues with the incoming goods documentation.
10. Compare actual on-site consumption with the balance in the SAP system.
Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
Experience in account task.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
Meticulous, practical, and responsible in work.
Diligent, eager to learn, proactive, and possessing strong sense of responsibility and execution capabilities.
