Job Description
Tasks:
- To assist daily operation of the department by managing associate personal information update, employee identification creation, and profile completion.
- Manage time date related request.
- Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by personnel admin.
- Support automation project (Be-Savvy & Human Resource Digitalization project).
- Propose operation improvement activities (Kaizen).
- Support in work instructions and ad-hoc clean projects.
Qualifications
- Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor's in Business/ Statistics.
- Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
- Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills (Excel & Power Point)
