Internship (Contract and Procument Department)

  • Assisting in the DDS project – turning all paper documents into digital copies using scanning equipment.
  • Assisting in labelling and compiling files.
  • Assists in doing research/surveys and coming out with new design ideas.
  • Assist executive to call regarding quotations, comparison of quotations, awards, monitoring of jobs and payment.
  • Compiling the necessary documents for submission, etc. (if any)
  • Opportunity to learn and attend site evaluation.
  • Assisting executive in contractual matters such as SFA checklist, Contract Binding etc.
  • Measuring the plan by using Auto CAD.
Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 4-6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
