Seek, interview, assess, reference check and place contract employees that satisfy the client requirement.
Build contract employee workforce through ads, career fairs, Internet relationships and other sources.
Build a sales prospect pool through careful applicant, Internet research, and networking.
Take personal responsibility for and meet all individual activity goals, productivity targets as defined by the manager and assist the rest of the recruiting team to reach their goals.
Communicate with clients regarding specific job orders, candidate submittal and other candidate matters (conference calls, etc.)
Be responsive to clients’ enquiries and ability to resolve customer complaints.
Continuously explore new recruiting sources, job board, and forum to assist the recruiter in growing their candidate pools.
Ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols are completed.
Adheres to and enforces all policies and procedures set forth by the Company.
Complies with established Quality Management System Policies and Procedures; verifies work for accuracy to ensure quality of output.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s /College Degree in HR/ Business field.
Team player, Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Required language: English, additional languages is an advantage.
