Human Resource Cum Admin Executive (LELAKI SAHAJA)

Job Description:
  • Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new employees
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information. Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives. Monitor employee performance and assist in performance appraisals
  • Handle employee benefits, including attendance bonus, leave management, and other related tasks
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations
  • Address employee queries, issues, and concerns. Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts when necessary
  • Assist in setting Office SOP and reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Upkeep staff record in Company calendar (Staff birthday and all countries Public Holiday) and Company knowledge board (workplace)
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the Employment Act and apply this knowledge in HR practices and policies
  • Any other task assigned by HOD Management / CEO / Managing Director
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Can start immediately
  • Willingness to work in Pasir Mas
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Systematic, organize, positive attitude and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good in organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good in management skills to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, or related field experience
  • At least two year of human resource management experience preferred
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, HR software, will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
