Human Resource Admin

Job Description
Recruitment:
  • All aspects of hiring, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Hire candidate that meet those requirement.
  • Use job boards, career website, social media, employee referrals, and more to find potential candidates.
Payroll
  • Collect timesheet data, calculate wages, detailing the earnings and prepare paycheck for employee.
  • Key in data of employee in the system to calculate employee salary.
Training and Development
  • Coordinate with other agencies and training providers on joint training and certification classes.
  • In-charge of handling all training in the company including covered by HRDF and internal training.
  • Assessing Training Needs and preparing training plan.
  • Selecting the instructional methods, completing and implement training program.
Administration
  • Keeping track of documents, including employee records related to attendance, vacations, medical leave and other employee data.
  • Do filing.
Job Requirement
  • Possess Diploma or Bachelor in HR Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant working experience in both HR and admin jobs.
  • Good knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act 1955.
  • Must have good English and Malay speaking skills.
  • Able to handle high volume of workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
