HR Specialist (Candidate Onboarding) Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Specialist to manage the complete journey of our consultants, from on boarding to exit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all HR-related activities, including on boarding, feedback, contract renewals, and off boarding. Key Responsibilities: Interview Coordination: o Arrange and coordinate interviews between consultants and account managers. o Ensure timely communication and scheduling to facilitate a smooth interview process. Salary Negotiation and Offer Sign-off: o Lead salary negotiation discussions with consultants and finalize offers. o Prepare and present offer letters, ensuring alignment with company policies and consultant expectations. o Manage the sign-off process and ensure documentation is completed accurately. On boarding: o Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. o Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary resources and support to new hires. Consultant Support: o Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants regarding HR-related queries and concerns. o Foster strong relationships with consultants to enhance their experience and satisfaction. o Gather regular feedback from consultants and communicate it to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement. Contract Management: o Oversee the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. o Collaborate with account managers and clients to ensure timely contract renewals and extensions. o Maintain accurate records of contract terms, agreements, and consultant status. Offboarding: o Manage the off boarding process, ensuring a positive and professional exit experience for consultants. o Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement. o Handle necessary paperwork and coordination for final settlements. Compliance and Documentation: o Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations related to employment and contracts. o Maintain and update consultant records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resource or staffing role. Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite and in english and malay language. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
