Job Details
- Responsible for ISO documentations and requirements.
- Responsible for personnel works (local & foreign).
- Responsible for the control of document and data.
- Assist in all payroll preparation.
- Assist in Human Resources recruitment.
- Responsible for renewal passport/permit and cidb.
- Responsible for the maintaining employee training record.
- Able to work independently in fast-paced working environtment.
- Able to assist ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- Responsible to provide administrative & office support activities to facilitate smooth operation of the company.
Job Requirements :
- Required skills: MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
- Have driving license and transport for go government office related.
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School or above qualifications such as Diploma in human resource related.
- Required language(s): English, Malay.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
