Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Penang
Employment Type: Internship
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team! This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience across various HR functions. You’ll work closely with our HR team, supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection, orientation planning, and creating employee welcome kits.
- Help manage employee records and maintain HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and company events, supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Provide support in HR-related communications, surveys, and performance management processes.
- Assist with other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
