Position : HR Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Location : Gelang Patah, Johor
Job Description:
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month

Job Description:
- Manage the recruitment process, post a job advertisement, shortlist candidates, and arrange an interview.
- Prepare employment letter.
- Arrange and liaison with relevant department to conduct new employee orientation.
- Prepare the on-boarding and off-boarding process of employees.
- Handle monthly payroll/reports and statutory contributions
- Check employee attendance, leave records
- Ensure that all staff personal file (P-file) is properly maintain and staff information are up-to-date in the Payroll and HR System.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policies in all HR activities, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence.
- Plan, manage & coordinate internal & external training. HRDF (Human Resource Development Fund) fund & claim processing
- Workers disciplinary, misconduct investigation & feedback handling.
- To assist in development and ongoing improvement of policies and procedures according to up-to-date guidelines and regulations.
- To prepare HR related documents and memorandum.
- Additional task assigned by superior and the management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource, Psychology, Mass Communications, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws will be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
