HR Executive
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR functions. This role will involve managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and mediate conflicts as needed.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers, and support employee development plans.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure competitive compensation practices.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
